Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats was opened in 1995 in the resort beach community of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
The plan was to bring original beer, original food, and original music to the area. Not only was Dogfish Head Delaware’s first brewpub, it was the smallest commercial brewery in America.

At both our Deland and New Smyrna Beach Half Wall locations, we have the 90-minute IPA available. Its brandied fruitcake, raisiney, and citrusy flavors pair well with beef, grilled fish, and fries.

Saison du Buff, available at our New Smyrna Beach location, is collaboration between Dogfish Head, Stone Brewing Co. (Escondido, CA) and Victory Brewing Company (Downingtown, PA). It has a 6.8% ABV and is brewed with parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.

Also available at our Deland Half Wall location:

  • 60-Minute IPA – a very hoppy, citrusy, and grassy flavored IPA beer that pairs well with spicy foods.
  • Sixty-One – a beer/wine hybrid that pairs well with fresh vegetables and cheeses. The name Sixty-One is a reminder that this beer is Dogfish Head’s best-selling 60 Minute IPA plus one new ingredient: Syrah grape must from California.
  • Theobroma – Comparable to a Cabernet Franc, this chocolate beer pairs well with roasted chicken.
